Even if it doesn't, Imperium still wins. Millions of worlds= hundreds of thousands of ships, and billions of soldiers. Plus they have better technology.

Since this is Covenant and UNSC versus Imperium, the Halo Array cannot be brought into the fight, so the Haloverse' best weapon isn't usable.

Technically, the Covenant and UNSC kinda shared control over the Ark (though "share" is probably not a great term for their relations...), it is theirs just as much as Earth and High Charity.

Yeah, with Astartes, the Imperium definitley wins.

Meh... the Guard still owns the UNSC and Covenant... through sheer numbers if nothing else.

But the Imperium doesn't own the Emperor, they worship it. (don't they? I never had a chance to play the DOW campaign)
