I thought I'd never see the day
Nintendo will pay for this. apparently nintendo is taking a page out of microsoft's book and copying what makes the PSP so great!

Re: I thought I'd never see the day
You don't understand this at all.
The DS beat the PSP because people understood it as a mobile mainstream gaming platform. The PSP, people not in-the-know didn't really know what it WAS. Was it an MP3 player? was it a video device? was it internet? WTF, I don't know?
(I owned a PSP)

Yeah, sounds like they're playing it smart. They established the system as a mobile gaming device BEFORE introducing all the new features.
I will admit that, while porn surfing, music listening, movie watching and podcast downloading are all great things to do on the PSP, gaming on them just does not appeal to me. Sony made the mistake of trying to put console-style games on a portable system... with one analogue stick.
Then again... the DS doesn't appeal to me, and neither did the gameboy. It may just be that I don't enjoy portable gaming outside of playing snake of my cell phone.

The last handheld game console I got was the Game Boy.
I haven't been interested in them since.

PS is just a copy of the gameboy anyways. Nintendo had the market first.
Same as Vigil, the last handheld consol I got was a gameboy advance (not SP, cuz the SPs were just stupid, uncomfortable, and fragile)

There is no such thing. Microsoft has no interest in entering the hand-held realm. It's far too dangerous.

Why? Because it's a portable system? By that logic, every telivision show is a copy of those who came before it.

You LIE!
Either Microsoft makes a handheld, or the closest I ever get to owning one is an iTouch!(I'd be fine with Apple/Mac making one too)

Well, for starters, the look:

Wi-fi isn't exactly a trademarked feature; just look at phones! The camera is original, as I have never seen one on a PSP. Not sure if the PSP has an SD card slot or not, but that is still a common feature among portable devices. I'm pretty sure the store is unique.
What's wrong with it? Seems closer to the iPod Touch than the PSP.
