Re: Mass Effect 2
I'd still consider getting it at somepoint.
It's worth the money, especially as you could probably get it cheap now.

Lair of the Shadow Broker came out.
Was extremely fun, probably better than Project Overlord DLC.
It also includes some jokes about game mechanics in the first Mass Effect.

Yeah, I enjoyed it as well, and it sets the stage nicely for where some characters are going to be in ME3.

Re: Mass Effect 2
I need to get some MS points so I can do these...
And a new Cerberus card, since my dick brother (you know him as Kornfrog) took the card that came with the game and used it for himself.

Yeah it kinda sucks it doesn't spread over mutliple accounts on one system.
You'll have to fork out 1200 MS points for it.

Yeah, that sucks.
Well, I'm going to have a job soon anyway, so I'll be able to just by a few cards of my own from Best Buy.
Anyway, how was Overlord?

Re: Mass Effect 2
Good. I saw my brother beat it, beat it myself, and enjoyed it. It seemed like it was really designed for the Revenant to play on it. It was really close quarters at times, but also long-range snipes. Pretty fun.
And also, I used the Cerberus card, but my brother can get to Cerberus network... wat

Overlord was a great story-driven DLC, and reminded me of the good old days of ME1. Well worth the purchase.

Re: Mass Effect 2
ntm the end was legitimately emotionally charged.
and the cerberus stuff, dont worry, its $15 and comes with a lot of DLC.
but then again, you spent $60 on the game new...and that dlc doesn't amount to 1/4 of the game size in content....so....Firewalker is pretty gay

Even though Cerberus Network didn't go over multiple account, I was hoping the DLC did.Vigil wrote:Yeah it kinda sucks it doesn't spread over mutliple accounts on one system.

um, on the original xbox they're downloaded on they'll stay, any other xbox and its only on the account.
basic live DLC licensing concept.
its treated just like arcade games and such.
