I mean the Pillar of Autumn? Common.
The Autumn was pulled from storage and refit in 2550 to serve 'in the current conflict in Zeta Doradus'
and it has experimental plasma rhinos on it...
You're kidding me!

Re: Halo Wars, again
my favorite dumb scene ive seen (still only played the demo) is where Sergant Forge (Which BTW is probably the most retarded name ive ever heard of) pop up and fire a shotgun 20+ feet at an Elite and every single shot hitting him in the chest. I thought that was halariously dumb (getting the game really soon)

Re: Halo Wars, again
Stupid ES, fucking up our halo.
I honestly now believe the story could've been written by one of the many average fanfic writers at HWF. And Graeme was all like "OMG TEH STORY R SO EPIC". And the other guy about the Spartans was like "ITS LIEK 20 BATMANS, SOO COOL DUDEZ". Honestly, when the Spartans appeared there really was nothing special about it.
ES overestimates itself.

Anyone who has the game, how many missions are there that have time limits?

Re: Halo Wars, again
3 missions have time limits.
1 has a timer to tell you when a cleansing beam will go off.

Shotguns are rather accurate, contrary to popular belief.

Aye, but the M90 Close Quarters Combat System, the shotgun of the Halo verse, is not so accurate at range.

Re: Halo Wars, again
What I found more amusing was the marine who got hit by a needler neck to him in the shoulder, just drops like a stone, and the thing doesn't explode.
