Are you getting it for free or do you have to pay for it? If it's free then I would do so. I have no idea what it would cost though.

well the hard drive i would get for free and the ram would cost me about 60-80 us dollars

I think 8gb of ram and a terabyte of memory is a bit overkill.
You probably wont find many games that require that much, you'll be able to play alot of video games and then some (Provided you have a half decent graphics card), but than again there will be more games that need heaps of ram in the future.
And for $60-80 US, it is a good deal.
