A while back, Broken Line Studios got a new website. Does anyone still have the URL to the original site, or is it the same URL?

^ that's the new site. Did they update the site, or did they create an entirely new one?

But yeah, they're basically just a bunch of multi-nationality stoners hangin around talking about the great video game they haven't worked on in 6 months.

actually, hyper took away my accounts admin privileges when velo made him, and now i can't get them back to update the main page.

We've actually had four forums. I've lobbied SO HARD to rename the team "Nomad Studios".

I don't have a hard link to the original site, but here is our second site. The third one is down permanently though.

Nah, NT isn't doing much.
A lot of people dropped out of "Halo: Homeworld", but we're working on another [CENSORED].
Oh, by the way, I'm a team member on that mod, and there's some virus on my computer that replaces everything I say about the mod with "[CENSORED]".
I accidentally breached security once, so I had to agree to this.
Still, it's nicer than what Blizzard did to the StarCraft II guys.

ntm more than 1 of those switches wasn't even moving. just a software transfer.

I would look forward to the new mod if I hadn't seen the track record for this "studio" so far.


Why are you going to start a new project if you haven't even completed the one you are working on now?

I DID mention renaming the team to "Nomad Studios", but nobody else thought it was funny, so I dropped it.

HOWEVER, he always has been just a little weird, and our taste in media just doesn't mesh very well. He thinks that Transformers was one of the best movies to come out in recent years, and yet he doesn't like "Dark Knight" because it's so long and drawn out.

Yeah, there were huge creativity differences between OJ and Velo.

And, as a writer, I can attest that working on someone else's IP isn't nearly as engaging as working on your own. Hence failures like Halo Wars.
