Steam is messing with me

Within 1 hour or steam not on, it managed to create an unknown error.
PLEASE HALP
IM NOTHING WITHOUT STEAM!!!
ITS FIXED NAO!!!
could someone like lock the thread now, its useless.

Yeah, I'll try again though
Trying again, but I have to take the steamapps folder out so I don't have to re-download 80 gigs of games
