New Halo 3: ODST footage.

Well as you may or may not know, today was Microsoft's E3 conference, so we got lot of announcements.

It does. And they're bringing back a uber Halo CE like pistol! With a silencer!

People aren't going to be too happy when they go back to Halo 3 MP with no Halo CE pistol.

Yes..... but it will be awesome on the campaign.

It kinda of a let down compared to what bungie told us, they said it would be less direct and you just cant run in and rape everything like in H3, you have to ambush pick them off on by one, shit like that. But it seems that the weapons own ass, and you dont die easy but it I cant really decide for sure now, I mean only two 2 minute videos that barley showed any battles. I like the wraith puzzle thing, kinda cool.

I'm sure it was on an easy diffculty, and you have to remember, they were fighting in a low light area.

Personally, I wish this game was a full one with multiplayer and all the works. Sad thing, as that won't happen.

Their focusing primarily on the campaign, and to be honest I think that is a good thing. Halo 3's story and campiagn was pretty weak.

Not to mention it would take another 3 years to ship

Yes I do believe Campaign is very important, even more so in this.

But I don't think multiplayer would hurt.. Although I do think it would get a bit 'uncreative' in a MP for this game.

They announced the Release date. 22nd September 2009.
