Lost Planet 2

Well, I didn't see any threads for this game, so I figured I'd post it.

First off: This game looks awesome.


There, now that the basic thing has been said:

This game takes place ten years after the events of the first game. I will not post anything about the first game in case some people haven't played it.
The graphics are turning out to be even more awesome than the first game and the boss battles are HUGE.

Well, since the planet clearly isn't frozen anymore, that means our TE supply shouldn't drop just to keep us from freezing to death; right, Capcom?

I read on a Norwegian gaming magazine that the T-Energy won't be there anymore. Also, you are capable of completely customizing your character. So there won't be a "main" character.

It looks so much better than the first one.

Yeah I hated the energy in the first one. It would make all of it really easy, and then the boss fights really hard. DAMN YOU MOTHMAN!!

Excellent. TE was beyond annoying.

TE is still there, it just won't be your life force.

Evolution: Hey guys, you know what might be nice? Not having glowing red weak spots all over your bodies.

Akrid: Quiet you!


Looks awesome though. But apart from the squad thing pretty similar. (yeah co-cop!) I just hope they made regular Akrid harder. The ones that looked like Starship Trooper bugs should ave been harder to kill.

I think the red spots are just where the skin is thinner so that the heat inside is visible. Just a pure guess though.
