Thats why I said Genghis Khan.

But Hitler had leadership like no other man on the planet. And he almost owned all of Europe with the limited supplies and land as I stated.

Genghis Khan only took Asia. Which is huge, but not that many inhabitants except China.

Hitler lead Germany into distruction. Honestly, the empire was "large" but not the largest. If you haven't noticed, Asia, hell China, is much bigger than Europe. Conquering that much land is an amazing feat.

Anyway, I feel Ceusar, alexander the great, and Khan were amoung the greatest conqueres.

Hitler took on the Great Depression with limited supplies and land. His enemies already watching.

Europe in the 20th century is harder than Asia in the 13th century.

His enemies LET Hitler take what he wanted because they hoped with would satisfy him and not start another war. After Hitler invaded Poland he started going downhill. The only reason he got so far was because of allied incompetence, and his generals.

Genghis Khan started out with, well, nothing. He was outcast and forced into the wilderness, then left for dead. He started to gather men under him, and eventually several of the Mongol clans, uniting the Mongols and stroming China.

Khan started out with MUCH less than Hitler.

Genghis Khan did more than Hitler. He conquered more. But he wasn't against almost every super power in the world.

Yes. Why yes he was. He was against the Chin, Russia (to a point), the Muslim empire. He got that point.

We actually held him pretty well.

It was Europe who really lost to him.

His biggest failure was attacking Russia in Winter, a mistake another dictator made only a few 100 years later.

At this point in time, there were only like four super powers, and that was germany, France, and Britian(in Europe I should say). One France was gone, Britian was the only "superpower" left. Really, it wasn't that hard for anyone incompitent like to take over so much in so little time. Honestly, you can't really call Hitler a conquer as all he did was get lucky and enjoy the allies appeasment.

Ditto

Plus, has anyone not thought about Julius Caesar?
not really, I usually see him as more of political leader than a military leader, but its not secret hes a brilliant strategic mind.

Are you freaking kidding me? His campaign made up most of the roman empire in the west!

They even through years of a republic out of the window to make this one person dictator for life!

This dude was amazing!

Of course, since there was a grand total of 100,000 people at the time, and 50,001 were on Genghis Khan's side...
