As for the Fight. The T-Rex was much like a shark, all they really need is one good bite to their prey's neck and they're going down.

The only reason the spinosaurus one was to make us scared of it.

Trex had serrated, shark like teeth for tearing 500lb cow sized chunks out of their prey items, while the lowly Spinosaur only had conical crocodile like teeth, and snappers characteristic of a gharial which are fish eaters. Trex could probably kill a Spinosaur, but the only real way to test this is to get their DNA from a mosquito trapped in amber and clone it using a frog surrogate.

The only way to really find out is put the T-Rex and Spinosaurus on Animal Face Off,

Yeah, but the brain case in the Trex was significantly larger then then Gigonotosaur, even considering relative body weight, I think they would be evenly matched, but both could probably take on a Spinosaur and kill it.
