Killzone 2

I got it a couple of days ago, and I must say it is GOOD.

Basically it's like CoD with space Nazis and an epic campaign. It combines the gore and cover of gears with the realism and gameplay of CoD with the shooting of Bad Company coupled with the best graphics (by far) I have ever seen on a console game.

Despite the ending being shit, the campaign was pretty much epic all the way through. I loved fighting through the awesome urban environment. I had always been under the impression that PS3 online sucked ass, but I was mistaken. Killzone 2 supports 32 players in a game (twice that of Halo 3) I must say, however that the replayability is low. The multiplayer only has 5 gametypes, and you cannot customize them at all. You either select killzone (slayer) or warzone (everything). I also find it VERY frustrating that I have to customize my character for EVERY new match. Usually I don't, just like everyone else, so you rarely come across anyone with a different weapon or character than you.

I just don't get it, wouldn't these be easy things to do? It would have added soooooo much more to the game.

I LOVED the Multiplayer, especially once we got the Saboteur class.

And the customization isn't a large deal, since you can change class and weapons on the fly.

and you can actually limit the results in terms of matches. Any combination of the 5 gametypes can be set on a match. Most of the time people don't do much other than what you stated, but actually look around and you'll find some.

This game look really cool, and if it were on 360 or PC I would try to get it.

The only thing that interests me in practically any game, is multiplayer, so if it has good multiplayer, and it looks like it does, then it is a good game.

I've heard very mixed reviews about this.

If you liked CoD you will like Killzone 2 a lot more, simply put.

So true. Although, i HAVE to say, blasting ppl to bits in CoD 5 is somewhat fun I MUST convince Tristan to get that! GAH!! NEED PS3!!!!!
