Fallout 3 Broken steel

Does any one know if their is a disc version for this yet? My friend told me it would be with Point lookout.

Most people believe there is going to be a game of the year edition of Fallout 3 in the near future, probably after the next DLC pack.

Since I already have the game and I could just buy the DLC discs I wont be buying it. Do you know whats in the next DLC pack?
