It had Jedi. (Which took from what made Battlefront so cool)
Made vehicles easy to kill.
And had those weapons upgrades.

Once I got the weapon upgrades, all the challenge was gone.

Jedi were hard to kill in the original. They only way you could was by running them over, or using grenades to make them fall to their death.

My favourite thing to do in the original was left my team's reinforcement count get to 1, with me as the only remaining guy, and then fight the hordes of enemies that remained.

Battlefront 2, Glactic Conquest, Every Planet, Enemy forces on Expert.

Only lost a planet twice (fucking naboo city)

Just to get this clear, there is like 30 planets PER GAME (not including space battles) and I played the mode over 10 times, so hundreds of games and I lost maybe twice.

You for got most if not all the maps were cramped, they ruined Kashyyk(sp) and geonosis for me, the NPC's were just gay fuckin gun gans...If they kept all the old maps and added the episode 3 ones I wouldnt complain as much. But taking away space ships from ground maps was bull shit.

Yea. The only map with flying vehicles now is Hoth. Whic sucks. I miss Bespin Platforms =(
