um... all water bottle copanies put experation dates on their water... water left stagnent in a bottle for too long out in a warm place can develop bacteria and fungal growths...

did you bother reading the article?

it actually goes over what you just said. and water can't get bacteria unless the seal is broken.

California only banned smoking in your car and home if there are small children around. It is one of the few things CA has done recently that i approve f.

BUUUUUT! The amount of tax dollars the tax payer gets from cigarettes is a lot, so if smoking was to be banned, it would probably just end up raising the tax and being worse for me than it was in the first place.
