I can't eat fast food any more.

I attempted McDonalds last night and it just made me feel ill when I went jogging.

If I had to pick I'd say Burger King.

You could run in your house/apartment. Just walk around your house first and memorize exaclty where you stepped. Then go faster and faster and faster.
