Computer Cooling

Im planning a new computer build and was wondering about cooling. Im planning 2 GTX 260s and wondering if 2 intake fans (one blowing directly on the cards) and 1 exhaust fan would provide sufficient cooling. The cards also channel some of the heat out the back. But i dont think it will remove all the heat. So if there are any pros out there, please respond

Antec 9000; I have it with a Q6600 oc'd to ~3.5 ghz - runs at 32'C

My plan is to keep my current case, which is a NZXT Apollo. I have added a 120mm fan at the front

That would short out the electronics...... and I'm pretty sure it also voids the warranty.
