Look the way I see it is that if LP has appointed a mod to the CB its because he trusts they will make the right decision. Posting pictures when you have been told many times to post links definetly deserves a ban. You could of course ask to post a picture, and if the mod says no then dont do it.

Also if you are being an asshole to a mod thats definetly asking for a kick/ban and acting that way to someone else sounds like a viable reason to get banned to. Its not the mods being assholes it's people making people making poor judgement and then trying to point finger at someone cause they dont want to admit they were wrong. Its really simple to comprehend.
