Shadow Complex

This game looks to be pretty good. It's from ChAIR Entertainment who made Undertow, Epic Games is also included. It's gameplay is similar to games like Metroid, Mega-Man and Contra.

BTW, the game is tied into the book Empire by Orson Scott Card.

Shadow Complex comes out on August 19th. I'm looking forward to it.

This is Epic's platformer isn't it? It looks pretty cool, I might have to buy it. Will it knock Battlefield 1943 from it's Arcade perch? I doubt it, but it'll still be great.

I hated Undertow.

I hate Epic.

So as you can guess, my expectations for this are extremely low.

I'd like to play around in the Battle Room from Ender's Game, not a futuristic Civil War.

Ender's Game is easily the greatest book I had to read for school.

Why not click the link that shows the background of the book? Cause I don't know either but if the games good then i will want to read up on the novel it ties into.

I agree though Civ While Enders Game is an awesome book it would not make a good game.

And platforming is not dead.

I got the trial for this game and it was very fun and i want to buy it but money is tight so i can't if anybody did buy it tell me if it gets worse or better as you progress.
