Yeah, and we'll probably get MJOLNIR with Reach.

Yah... at first I was surprised they didn't release ODST or MC armor, but then I figured that they'd probably wait for ODST and reach (though I doubt they'll be a reward).

A bunch of guys got on the TV news a few nights ago, because he was unable to DL his Microsoft Points because he was under age (WTF), but he was able to buy it at the shop, and wasn't even warned that you had to be over 18 to DL Microsoft points onto your account.
Kinda off topic, but I thought it was interesting, and typifies how MS should really be changing somethings.

Why do you need to be over 18 to DL it, but be any age to buy it. Even if it was a good idea to make that a rule, they should have some way of accessing the infomation, other that, the probable, thousands of lines of useless line of Terms and conditions to find a bit of info that, you don't even know if it is even there.

The problem with that stores can vary on how strict they are.

I couldn't get the Limited Edition of Fable II in one store because I didn't have any ID, yet I just went into another store and got it easily, no questions asked.

So you could easily circumvent Online altogether and just buy them at a specific store, and there is little microsoft could do about it.

They only thing that could change this is if there was a clamp down on stores to check ages, but I doubt that will happen.

I dunno... Best Buy is pretty strict, and I get points there all the time, from several of their locations.

some of its defined by state law.

like with 1v100, people in vermont and some other states can't win prizes due to their states laws.

Yea,
But there should a way to find relevant information.
If I tell it I live in New Zealand, I shouldn't have to read through lines and lines of info related with America, England, India, Chile and/or some other random countries.
