Glad they went for just a normal person in the end. And yet people still make a nude Zoey mod... Classic.

They had the nude Alyx. Zoey was just in line. Though, why did Zoey get her own porno while Alyx didn't?

Are you sure that nude Alyx wasn't a fan mod and not an official mod?

I'm pretty sure nude Zoey was too.
AS for why Alyx doesn't havea porno, it's because Half-Life is tougher to think of porn names for.
Half-Wife? Is that about transexuals?
