Zoey from Left 4 Dead and Cortana are both voiced by Jen Taylor.

If we can go outside of games, Bender from Futurama and Markus Phoenix are both voiced by John DiMaggio.

No I really mean the guy who does the grunting and other sounds is a full voice actor for an anime in which he had a ton of lines and was even a main character/villain.
