Stanley Eel AKA. Temblador is a maintenance man in kraken base, who just so happens to specialize in electronics. He as well as many other rebels and scientists thinks that he's safe from enemies leagues beneath the sea but he is wrong as he has yet to learn why a quarantine is in issue.
