Why did Drag get black And how do we place armies again?

Because dragoon had black as first pick and signed up before you did.

Anyway, you each have 20 units to place. After placing 1 on each territory (which is required), you have 8 with which to do with as you please. PM me where you want these 8.

Order was based on when you signed up, so everyone (who sent in a thingy) that signed up before you got first picks (that is to say, five or six people choose before you).
