I don't know exactly what it is, i have a fake Windows Protection program (or some similar name), which downloaded, and continues to try to download, PC Anti-Spyware 2010 (confirmed virus). I don't know whether it's just all PC Anti-Spyware 2010, or whether one uses the other, or whatever.

Considering the fact that they cannot be cured, then a vaccine is the closest thing to a cure and is considered one for the virus. What does it mean to be cured in the first place?

One must have a virus before it can be cured. You can't cure something you don't have. You can prevent it, but not cure it.

How does that work? A vaccine injects dead, useless versions of the virus into your body so that your immune system can figure out how to neutralize it before it can do anything. I suppose that might work...
