Jackals with extra sheilding.

Swarms of grunts with extra sheilding.

Drones with sheilding are probably the worst if you suck at shooting at stuff flying around like a fuck.

You can shoot over a phalanx. HOWEVER, you cant shoot over a testudo.....

well as long as you have a Plasma pistol and a carbine or pistol you'll be okay. Apparently the best way to kill the engineers (from game videos) is to shoot them with the plasma pistol then shoot them in their blue camera eye thingy. So as long as you got that u should be good I assume.
