Yes lol I hate that map. We should set up a tournament, or a huge game with everyone in the TCF that has Ce can play. That would be awesome. I call tank spam Very Happy

You can run a server off your computer, but then you'll have host advantage, the server will lag everyone else, and you'll need to learn how to use rcon if you want to ban annoying fucks from playing.

Depends on your connection.

And rcon is just the control system thing. It's used to create playlists, bans, kicks, all that.
