Yeh, My parents put a timer on my xbox because i was late to school and because ODST comes out soon and they dont want me playing all the time, so they have limited me to 30 mins a day!

My mother said I was addicted.
Apparently I wasn't doing my homework and I lost all interest in extracurricular activities eg: My Sports (And I still haven't regained interest TBH), she says I have no Ambition or goal in life and that all I am ever looking forward to is Video Games, so she took my 360 away and my PC is too crap to run any decent games.

Im limited to two hours a day during the week. I honestly dont have a problem with it, as I rarely manage two hours anyways.

for a summer i played gears of war 11 hours a day 7 days a week. After finding out that it's all irrelevant, i play about an hour a day.

Right now (mostly because of school and football) I only get to play on the weekends.
But that's mostly because after I get home from football practice I have 3 hours to take a shower and eat dinner and then watch TV.

I play as much as I want. And I'm no addicted, I just hate humanity. So I'm not very social.

My mom occassionally freaks out. The other day I got home from a friend's house and she was going out with my dad to get groceries. She told me she wanted me to clean my room/bathroom while they were out. I said ok, in a PERFECTLY CALM AND OBEDIENT VOICE WITHOUT ANY FORM OF RESISTANCE, and she said:

"DO I NEED TO TAKE YOUR POWER CORD AWAY SO YOU'LL TAKE ME SERIOUSLY."

My frustatration at this point was immeasurable.

On the other hand, whenever my Mom wants to move (which is at least once a week) she always counters my objections with "It's not like you'd be missing out on anything. You'd still be able to talk to your cyberfriends."

Because of course, I don't have any real friends....
