I don't know.
Grand Tourino was a very impressive film, I liked it a lot.
Harry Brown seems to be telling a different story, as Grand Toruino was more about an old man putting aside his racial predjutice to grow as a human being. Sure the ending of the Film was similiar, but that was the last 20 odd minutes of the film.
I'm just saying.

Personally, I thought Gran Torino was not very good. It was entertaining to watch, but Clint Eastwood TOTALLY over-acted. The premise was good, but I think it was a little corny.
This new one looks pretty cool though. Alfred is awesome... and I'd love to see him in another role. Plus, British underground mafia is cooler than crummy racial gangs.

Teenage scum of our streets. They do roam around in gangs, but there no where near as complex as a mafia family.

Gran Turino was more of a life-lessons movie, while Harry Brown looks like a bad-ass film about revenge. For the record, I watch both of those genres, as long as the acting is solid, which it was with Clint Eastwood, and Alfred has always been good, so I'm sure Harry Brown will turn out well.

Yeah, these films really are chalk and cheese.
Michael Caine is fucking badass though, that Harry Brown does look pretty good.

I saw Gran Torino and loved it. Clint never over-acted and neither did any other character. Great movie.
This Harry Brown movie looks great too. I love revenge movies. So I'll be seeing that one as well. Michael Caine is an awesome actor.
