MW2 a little review

so i have MW2 and i thought i would wright a quick review about the tutorial and first 3 missions

Okay so i start MW2 and the intro begins, i have to say its pretty boring yet epic. (looks like a trailer for C&C4)

Tutorial

The tutorial is based on the training of Afghanistan troops by the marine corp, the first thing i noticed was the graphics, there a notch above cod 5 but not crisis engine standards. It starts out as the simple point and click at the targets exercise then rapidly moves on to the "pit". (basically the cargo ship mockup from cod 4 but a marine version) Once your done a bunch of dead guys in cars arrive and the whole place are getting ready to go to your first fight...

Mission 1

i arrive to find general shepherd loading his revolver before noticing me on the ground, he helps me up and im off to noob tube some terrorists on the other side of the river whilst some bidge truck sorts a bridge out for us to cross. bridge done, hop in a jeep, get on the gun, grind house through the streets then stop at a school to clear it of over zealous arab twats.

Mission 2

ok we have all seen the cliff scene where soap chucks his cigar off the mountain... anyway this is the level when i suddenly realize there are a shit load of different guns, but i stick with my trusty silenced weapons and do the mission nice and stealthy. so you plow up some petrol pumps then escape on snow mobiles to a CCHHHOPPAAAA!!!! the snow mobiles are quite easy to maneuver but the shooting on it is pretty hard

Mission 3

now this is where i had fun, your an undercover CIA agent who basically shoots a fuck load of civilians in an airport. this is where i met the riot shield, its such an annoying weapon all it does it stops people in front of you hitting you with bullets all you can do is punch with it and the screen cracks so easy it takes the piss so you move into the enemies to get closer only to find out as you go to punch a guy you dont see another guy outflank you due to all the cracks and prety much your raped.

Now, I don't get the CIA guy part.

In reality, the CIA would never go through with the terrorist op to kill civilians in an airport, especially not after what happened on 9/11.

And even if they had allowed it to happen, they would never in hell have an agent helping with the shooting.

I know their trying to get an agent inside the terrorist's inner circle, but still, a CIA agent shooting up an airport is just sheer movie crap.

EDIT: Of course, other than that, the game sounds really good.

Just sayin' this right now before things get out of hand again and the bitching starts, if anyone wants to say anything about MW2, they do it in this or the other thread. No new ones after this.
