"R.U.S.E. is an upcoming 2010 real-time strategy video game developed by Eugen Systems and published by Ubisoft. R.U.S.E. was initially scheduled to be released at some point towards the end of 2009, but it is now expected to be released Q1 2010 on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC. It is a strategy game involving the players to use decoys and ruses to trick their enemies into traps. Due to the complicated nature of the game, it was feared it may drive away casual gamers, something which Ubisoft claim to have addressed. [1] There are six factions in the game, including the British and Germans."

Re: RUSE
It's not focused on actions per minute like starcraft, and it has a lot less tactical involvement than most rts games, but there is a lot of strategy involved. It almost reminded me of a turn based strategy game since you do a lot less actions per minute than a regular rts, but it also reminded me of supreme commander (in a good way) with the overhead map, and the less tactical gameplay.
Resource management also plays a large part in this game, because you have to be ready to get counters out to an enemy unit before they can get enough of that unit to take you out. (enemy is getting tigers, you have to have enough resources available to be able to upgrade and build some tank destroyers). Another fun thing to do is to just cut off all the roads leading to the enemy base and starve them of resources, as resources are mostly transported along the roads to you HQ on supply trucks.(its difficult to control all of them)
