Grid 16

Post by TNine on Fri Dec 04, 2009 12:14 am

Check this out: http://www.jmtb02.com/flash/grid16-jm.swf

It's basically 16 simple games, using arrow keys, that you have to play at the same time. First time is the most fun, you have to try to figure it out quickly and without dying.

If you are having a problem understanding the objective, it's at the top of the screen when you zoom in.

Most of the grids become next to impossible at high speeds. The game where you have to bounce balls away from spikes is impossible because you lose your ability to fine tune: to emulate high speeds, a single tap sends your bridge flying across the screen. The game where you have to move into the timed diamonds is similarly impossible at high speeds. And that game where you have to rotate the block to protect the circle as well. Other games, like avoiding the balls with your own ball, are really really easy, even at high speeds. Just wish I could see the damned high scores. I click View High Scores and it just links me to Armor Games home page.

yea... a couple of games would be easier also if the controls wern'r inverted.... such as the protect the citcle... and that annoying triangle being chased by circles...

my last 3 are always shooting the green line, dodging the 3 bouncing balls, and the one on the string that you don't have to move till the 6th time it opens to play

5.6

Things start getting a little hectic.

BTW, every time you play a mini-game, it gets harder. So you can't just rely on one game to play.

Some of them get more difficult, but I can play that damned bouncing ball game forever. The thing that gets me is that even after you're down to one game, it still interrupts play and voids your control for a second every couple of seconds, which makes it difficult to play. Usually, I'll lose games as soon as the start because the time in which the game starts moving and releases control to you are slightly off. For example, the Tetris game at high speeds is an auto lose because the ball starts moving before you have control of the platform.

There's a glitch with the ball falling game. When you switch directions, you fall right through. I try to avoid using it, though.
