I can count only one Iron Man suit, depending on you definition of "Iron Man Suit"
If you mean the type of suit that Iron Man uses, Rhodes (Aka War Machine) uses the Mark II JLXR-1000 (Or something) version, made only for Rhodes, which is different to that of Stark's Mark I version.

But when you say Iron Man Suit I presume people generally mean the Variable Threat Response Battle Suit Mark I & II

Still, Chinese are commies too, so pretty much the same reason.

I wonder if they'll put the Mandarin in these Iron Man movies.
He doesn't seem to fit into the new sort of "comic book movies are fine as long as everything is explainable by science" doctrine of movies now a days.

Well he got his rings from a space ship, and he's as clever as Stark is, so I assume they could say he made them himself.
