personally, I'd rather just discuss one or the other, but in comparing them it really comes down to whether someone is a liberal or conservative, seeing as they are both deeply entrenched within their side

I don't really care too much.
I just hate republicans, and most other conservatives.
And I prefer New Zealand's liberals.
But, I will probably never bother voting, so it doesn't matter what I think.

Meh. I hate Palin, and oppose Obama. And after McCain's disaster, I wouldn't trust him in the Oval Office.
I've noticed.
I heard a phrase a while back that goes something like:
"If you aren't a liberal by age eighteen, you have no heart. If you aren't a conservative by age thirty, you have no brain."
I guess that makes me a cold, heartless little intellectual, but I knew that already.
O'er in Australia, you'd be what's known as the "Donkey vote".
