I don't think we have enough members for a Lord, several officers, several knights, their squires, several pseudo-officers, senior minions, and minions.

I'd keep it like this:

Lord
|
Seniors
|
Minions

Simple and effective. Plus, this is basically how TCF works. We're a TCF clan, we should copy it.

Just make the ranks like Ang said and give them out according to skill level.

All this officers crap is just going to be annoying and overly complicated.

Simpler is better, trust me.
