also has anyone noticed that GW2's theme sounds very familiar to Oblivions opening Cutscene Music?

At the end of multiple videos there are hints towards the reveal of a new "elder dragon". I'm guessing that that one is the one that kinda lives in the sea Razz

And I have noticed that the music sounds similar to oblivions themes.

Based on what I've seen, this is probably the MMO that will revive my hope in the genre being worth a shit, because it simply looks amazing.

Honestly, if you're looking for a truly 'new' MMORPG, then this is probably the one for you. Most other mmo's are WoW clones, this one brings entirely new ideas to the mmorpg.

i am waiting for a mmorpg to be based off a modern setting to maybe a ww1 kinda setting with the ability to build bases with a base commander (a player),etc etc

Well I think this deserves a bump.

New classes have been added since last time, the Guardian (paladin for thick people) and the thief (rogue/assassin/scum bag).

New profession released! That means there's only one left to release, but it's no mystery really. It'll probably be an illusion spell-based profession, like the mesmer in their previous game.

Anyway, the new one is called The Engineer, and it has a very steampunk-ish feeling to it. Looks fun, woo grenades Very Happy
