When I pour the tap water into a glass, the water is not clear. It's foggy, as in you can see thousands of microscopic pieces of white shit swirling around in it, almost like when you scoop Koolaid powder into a pitcher of water.

Probably about 14 years, as long as we've had the house. We bought the house when it was first built, and we're the first to live in it.
