Xbox Live Mod abuses his power.....Or does he?

This guy has this big campaign against an Xbox Live Mod, called 'The Pro' he recorded a video that supposedly shows him abusing his power.



Pretty convincing eh?

Edit: It still doesn't make sense why he banned the account the first was on. I guess he provoked too.

I think the first thing I noticed is that the video cuts out pretty much everything anyone says but The Pro. It isn't a raw, so to speak. So there is no context in which to gauge Thr Pro's words. If there was a Terms of Service violation, then he has every right to speak like that.

Having since watched the second video, I can definitely say that The Pro had every right to say what he said, and to ban those he did. Besides, Rule 09 anyone?

Indeed, I would have got them for insulting language and for modding

The Original's video's creator's youtube account proclaims him as a modder, and that first video has been heavily edited to make the Pro look in the wrong.

The second shows the truth, he was provoked and he responded to the violations accordingly.

I enjoy Bungie's rule of moderation more.

The Mod played it pretty chill IMO.

This has been proven fake, the guy with the account that got banned was system linking with a JTAG. There he made the account look banned, he used this.

He made it look like that, and the other guy.. "The Pro" was a modded account to make it look as if it were him.
