Site Evacuation Plan

Well, since LP tricked (some) of us into thinking he deleted the site earlier, I think it would be good to have a back up plan, in case (for whatever reason) the site actually does get deleted.

I think we should have a fallback site, somewhere we can go to, and assess the situation.
