Screw dat! That game was a masterpiece. They should just re-write the story JUST to fit that it. It's not like the other Star Wars games actually follow cannon anyways. RC was five times better than Battlefront, ten times better than KOTOR, and fifty times better than the rest of the SW games combined.
Five times better than battlefront is a little extreme, it was an amazing game. Plus, I enjoyed the Empire At War games, wish they would make a sequel involving the clone wars though.
And Republic Commando was good, hell even great but not the level of amazingness you're claiming it to be.
Well yah, I exaggerated, but it is still the best Star Wars game I've ever played.

We left that one out. While it was really good, it still isn't KOTOR level epicness.

I disagree. IMO, KOTOR doesn't hold a finger to RC.

I think KOTOR is the best Star wars game produced, with Battlefront II in second and RC third.
Great story, characters, gameplay and one of the first games to implement a morality system.
I like RC but it's story was a little disjointed, as you have three completely different locales, set at different times, with only a bit of text to explain what happened in between missions.
As for Super Battle droids. I fight them like a man, up close with my Vibroblade.
And Jedi Knight II? Couldn't get past Nar Shaddar, though I pretty sure I came close too. I played the following missions using the level select cheat and it wasn't too bad, Desaan was a bit of a bitch. Still pretty good.
