Hmmm....It is quite interesting.

Also, Humanity found refuge on an island Naval Base located next to a trench too deep for the Locust to dig under from a certian direction.

Quite interesting, and explaining to all you whiners.

Nothing that couldn't of been determined by 2 functioning eyeballs (Hell even one) and a Brain.

And oh I'm sorry, Gears of War 2 was one of the biggest disapointments of 2008, and it's not even in the same league as the original. It felt rushed and thrown out before it was fully cooked.

If the story is twice as good as GOW2's, then I stil wouldn't spend a cent on it if it was book. that's like you're twice as rich as a homeless person.

Yeah, most of the speculation over the story is that the Story is going to be focused on Dom (AGAIN!) and how he does care anymore, due to the death of his wife.

Seriously? Dom's story was one of the weakest points in Gears 2, and it wasn't handled very well, as it was suddenly BAMP she's there and then BOOM headshot, move on and never speak about it again.

GoW did not impress me. The story was sub-par IMO. It could have been great... but it wasn't. After the city-sinking worm, I just gave up. It's not so much the worm... but the fact that their evil plan is to sink the city with a giant worm (which just kinda came out of nowhere... seriously, how do you sneak a city-sinking worm onto the plant? How do you move it at all?)
