Haven't seen it yet.

Considering Ringleader's taste/general opinions on movies, it sounds really great.

Yeah, the lead character was one of the discrepancies I had. Annoying teenage nerd, in the ads, when the fireball hits his door when he closes it, he says dragons like "draahggehnshh", like some nerdy/sinus-y teenager, for no reason...

And he explains things annoyingly, like how we would if we went back in time and somehow became a Viking, for no reason.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=88x08ePynt0&feature=related

And when she 'busts' them, he says "DUH DUH DAAAH, were dead." Like a kid...

All of the dragons looked, not like dragons, and not at all like they were well designed, except for night fury, it just seemed like an overlooked design flaw, how they all looked so absurdly different from each other. I thought the movie was still good, even though it is not revolutionary or anything.

Also, The Hangover sucked, so...

I still do want to see it. In Imax 3D. I do enjoy the animated movies. Smile

Meh.
Just didn't seem like my kind of thing... Might rent it when it comes out on DVD...

I loved WALL-E, by the way... Haven't seen Up.

I find Pixar movies are a pretty decent, and are always worth atleast an hour or two of you time.
This isn't made by Pixar, but it looks (As far as I can tell) quite similar to movies they would do.

I won't watch movie at the cinemas, but in a few years I might watches it if it is on TV.
If I was given free tickets, obviously I would go, but I don't have free tickets...

The main character probably has childish dialogue because....

Sorry late with reply, but it was a good movie. A friend of mine who hates anything animated even said it was good.

I've been told it was a great movie... but I'm a little skeptical just because of the fact that it's a children's story.
