Super Villains? Hmm, don't know of any by heart from his universe as I don't really follow him that much at all.

Judging from that list, I believe that the Flash movie will be made alongside the Aquaman movie.

WTF are you talking about no ones complaining. And I didn't make the list or the villains. He asked for them and I showed them to him.
