In case you forgot, Captain Price WAS in the Cold War. Hence the flashback missions in MW1

Cold War ended in 1991, that mission was in 1996.

Captain Price is a bit old though..
But the thoughts about a moustacheless Price is frightening..

Isn't Price a timeless character? For example wasn't he in the WW2 shooters too.
