The one in Halo2 where you meet gravemind was very memorable.
I wouldn't say it's the best, but very memorable and quotable.

Leggett was my favorite character from the first game, although you only saw him every so often.

All these metroid ones that have gameplay I consider one big cutscene cause their that epic
cutscene begins at 1:51
again, with how epic this is and how DS has no hud, I consider this a big cutscene
