No duh. Unfortunately, most people can't figure out how to use G-Mod, the maps take forever to make, and Halo: Reach is on a console. Bungie is shipping a quality map editor with their game, which is more than Valve can say.

Gmod is starting to suck now, because instead of playing the sandbox editor the way it was meant to be played, people would much rather do some Role Play shit. Or the servers make you stay on them for a long period of time to get no clip and other essentials.

I would point out that Hammer is a quality editor that ships with Valve games. But yes, Forge World looks pretty amazing.

yea, source is one of the easiest game engines to modify and make custom content for...

the easiest being the Unreal 3 engine.

Oh my god, now that is amazing, bungie took the sandbox concept and combined it we map making methods.

Also si anybody else stoked, Original Blood gultch is back (with 100% more green)

Why didn't you guys plan on getting it before this? o.O

Surely Halo has proven itself time and time again. M$'s milking certainly hasn't phased Bungie (thank god!).

Guys, this is just the tip of the iceberg. In the ViDoc, they're using a gametype called Basic Editing. Basic. (that's a link btw)

If you watch it carefully, there's a part where the player's up-orientation changes. I've also hear people in the Ghosts of Onyx forum talking about changing shape settings. Just imagine what all could be in the advanced editing gametype!

BTW, I also got confirmation on more features:
-Vehicle-friendly mancannons
-Adjustable teleporter sizes (so vehicles can be used)
