=O

I LOVE Pandemic! Very Happy

I haven't seen 343 as a whole do anything bad yet (only Frankie so far) - I just figured it was a matter of time since M$ was running it. Still... if Pandemic (creators of Battlezone II) now has Halo.... I might actually see my dream.... HALO: COMBAT COMMANDER!!! Dance

It's a huge long shot, but I'm gunna keep dreaming.

Err they allowed Halo Legends to exist. They're also making Halo 4.

If they're allowing you to switch between old-CE graphics and new ones, it also means that the polygons are more-or-less the same. It's certainly not the best work I've ever seen, but still very nice given the constraints.

Gauz wrote:Err they allowed Halo Legends to exist. They're also making Halo 4.
What was 343 going to do? They couldn't exactly say "no" after Halo Legends was finished. It was Frankie who told them they could do anything they wanted, and that's why it was so messed up. Also, you can't bash Halo 4 yet (unless you're ringleader) cuz we don't really know anything about it yet.

A grenade-launcher pistol and missing crotch guard are hardly deal-breakers. I'm not saying it will be good, but it's not fair to count it out just yet... especially now that I know former-Pandemic is behind the wheel >.>

I can't wait to see the cyro room!

My biggest complaint is that everyone's posture is horrible, but they were like that in the first game.
To my knowledge, the animations have been left alone.

OMG.... Bungie copied off of Blizzard Bioware! =O

I knew High Charity was stupid. It's just too blue! And look at all those angles! The Covenant don't use angles!

You know Civ, if you hadn't said Blizzard instead of Bioware, I may have actually thought you were serious, considering the some of the attitudes around here.

Y'all wanna know why I don't respect comic book artists at Marvel and DC?
Take a look at the Fall of Reach comic.

Yeah, apparently the Damascus Materials Testing Facility looks like the central portion of Deep Space Nine.
And, if you actually read The Fall of Reach, you realize that DMTF is supposed to be deep within the planet's surface. Oops.

well, also, on the cover of one of the Halo Comics, it has one of Velo's ship designs he made for Homefront. Except they were too lazy to read the description to realize that the way they had it on the cover, is not how its supposed to work.

It looks more like a club that you hit people with than an actual ship
