Scientist that went with Ryan created an underwater city and those with America created a far superior city that was in the air (superior because its American)

And that first guy there, found his weakness two years before the game comes out.

Any way...

Bioshock had ADAM as one of it's main themes. However, that was harvested from sea slugs. How will they get ADAM in this new city? Will there even be adam? If Big Daddies are present, then that means that they're there to protect little sisters. Meaning there HAS to be ADAM. Or maybe they're the new law enforcement Razz

They had fish tanks, possibly with sea slugs in them.

BioShock Infinite is a first-person shooter currently in development at Irrational Games, the studio behind the original BioShock (which sold over 4 million units worldwide). Set in 1912, BioShock Infinite introduces an entirely new narrative and gameplay experience that lifts players out of the familiar confines of Rapture and rockets them to Columbia, an immense city in the sky.

Former Pinkerton agent Booker DeWitt has been sent to rescue Elizabeth, a young woman imprisoned in Columbia since childhood. Booker develops a relationship with Elizabeth, augmenting his abilities with hers so the pair may escape from a city that is literally falling from the sky. DeWitt must learn to fight foes in high-speed Sky-Line battles, engage in combat both indoors and amongst the clouds, and harness the power of dozens of new weapons and abilities.

A few lines of the synopsis from their site Whatisicarus.com.

I'm pretty sure they said they weren't big daddies.

Okay, now, if the story is set in 1912... there can't possible be ADAM! Rapture was built in 1946, meaning, they're taking out plasmids and ADAM from the game?! Probably not, they can have some kind of substitute.... considering that lady definately used some form of telekinesis to *save* that one guy in the trailer.

Why haven't you played the first? It's so awesome...
