I concur.

A film that features a carboard MRI machine in an obvious bedroom of a normal suburban house and loves random cutting, can even beat the cinematic nightmare that is Tommy Wiseau.

The worst part was that it had a 5 million dollar budget, and probably spent all of it on paper.
Well Avenged, Spoony had a riff of it, but it's been removed. And I don't feel like searching the interwebz for it.
