There are not hundreds of ways to kill them, and even if there were, the game is still lacking in other ways that make it lame/boring.
Ex.- If a bear see's you ONCE, it gets paranoid. If a bear see's THAT bear, it get's paranoid. Soon the whole town is paranoid from that SINGLE encounter and they're baracading themselves in and calling the cops.
